What is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Some of our Bootcamp classes use HIIT to maximize fat burning and muscle building. HIIT workouts combine short intervals of intense exercise with short periods of rest. HIIT workouts often mix aerobic and resistance training and can help build cardiovascular endurance, strength and muscle endurance.

Are Bootcamp & HIIT higher intensity than other classes?
Bootcamp and HIIT classes are here to help members see they can push harder than they thought was possible. However, all fitness levels are welcome! Our instructors will offer modified movements.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
All you need is a towel and water bottle. We also have towels available for purchase at the front desk as well as water. Most locations provide a water filling station free of charge if you prefer to bring your favorite water bottle to class.
