Premium and Premium Plus membership plans have access to group fitness classes and indoor cycling classes. 

To find your Fitness 19's group fitness class schedule, please see our class schedule above on this page or find your location's dedicated page by clicking here

We offer class reservations up to 24 hours in advance on our website. Visit the location page to enroll. Your reservation is only valid up to the start of the class and will be released to a waiting list member when the class starts. Don’t forget to check-in once you arrive!

Simply login into your account and cancel the reservation.

You can always check-in to a class at your local Fitness 19. We allow class check-ins up to 30 minutes prior to the class start time. You can use one of our user-friendly kiosks or a Fitness 19 team member will assist you at the front desk. You will be provided a class pass the must be redeemed by your class instructor for entry.

Our goal is for every Fitness 19 class attendee to have a distraction free workout. Class entry will be closed 5 minutes after the class has started. If you miss your class and need assistance with the strength equipment or cardio equipment, please see a Fitness 19 team member. We will be happy to help and make sure you still have a great workout at your local Fitness 19.

Fitness 19's group classes are suited for all fitness levels. Our instructors understand that not everyone has the same goal or the same fitness experience. Instructors will offer modifications to movements and encourage members to move at their own pace. After all, this is A Gym Built for You.
