Gym Etiquette
Help us create a gym culture that’s clean, efficient, and welcoming for everyone.
Rack your weights after use:
When you finish a set, return plates, dumbbells, and equipment to their proper place. Leave the space better than you found it.
Wipe down equipment:
Please disinfect benches, machines, and cardio equipment after use. Cleaning stations are available throughout the club.
Respect the space and the people in it:
Share equipment, be mindful of time between sets, and keep walkways clear. Avoid saving or reserving multiple pieces of equipment. Please allow others to work in when possible.
Be present:
Limit phone use on the gym floor and stay aware of your surroundings so everyone can move and train efficiently.
Wear appropriate workout attire:
Closed-toe athletic shoes and clean, functional clothing are required. Tops must remain on at all times in public spaces. Attire should allow safe movement, provide adequate coverage, and not damage equipment (e.g., no jeans or sharp embellishments) or make others uncomfortable.
No tripods or filming on the gym floor:
To respect member privacy, filming is not permitted in workout areas. If you’d like to capture content, please use The Vault.
No dry chalk:
To help keep our club clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone, dry chalk is not allowed in the gym. If you need extra grip support during your workout, we ask that you please use liquid chalk instead.
Dry chalk can create excess mess on equipment and flooring, which impacts the experience for all members. Thank you for helping us keep the club clean and welcoming for everyone!
