When you sign up for a Premium Plus gym membership at Fitness 19, you receive access to:

• Hydromassage
• Red light therapy
• Tanning

Yes, almost all our machines are handicap accessible. Please feel free to ask a Fitness 19 team member if you have any questions or need assistance!

Members must be at least 11 years of age to join. Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the minor up at one of our club locations and sign a liability waiver.

If you have a Premium or Premium Plus membership, you can bring your workout partner with you as often as you would like at no additional charge Friday-Sunday. Monday- Friday will require a daily fee or if it is your guests first visit, sign up for the free 7-day guest pass

Hydromassage loungers use water power to massage the body. They also provide heat to help sooth sore, tired muscles and rejuvenate the body. We offer HydroMassage as a recovery tool for our Fitness 19 members. Whether you just worked out or have been sitting all day for your job or just need a little “me time” the HydroMassage Lounger is perfect for you. Red Light Therapy is a treatment that takes place in a standing booth similar to a tanning booth. Red light therapy is a treatment that can potentially help muscle tissue, skin and other parts of the body recover. 

Yes, the combination of soothing light and Vibra Shape training enables a variety of effects. Our Red Light Therapy by Beauty Angel offers you joint-gentle fitness training. You train all muscles from the legs up to the abdomen and back.

Red Light Therapy does a lot more than just help your skin! Our Red Light Therapy by Beauty Angel stimulates skin cells to produce collagen and shrink pores so your skin is left feeling smooth and silky. It helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles too!

Treatment with Red Light Therapy has been shown to reduce the inflammatory response from trauma to muscles, which helps reduce recovery time for injury and muscle soreness. Red light stimulates cellular repair and regeneration which leads to a more relaxed inflammatory response.

We only offer top quality tanning booths by Ergoline. This is the same brand and model that tanning salons sell for $60+ per month! We offer tanning free with a Premium Plus membership. Ergoline represent the latest UV technology combined with innovative comfort features. They have set new standards in radiant tanning technology with its improved Hybrid Performance and Radiance LEDs. 

Members must be at least 18 years old to use the tanning booth.
