Please check your email for confirmation on the new membership. If you don't see the email confirmation within an hour of joining please make sure to check your spam folder.
When the gift recipient is ready to redeem their membership, please inform them to stop by the front desk of their local Fitness 19 gym and let a Fitness 19 team member know that they have received a year long membership. A team member will welcome them, provide them a keycard, update their membership information and show them around the gym.
