Cancelation 

• Members are responsible for settling all outstanding fees and charges associated with their membership prior to cancellation.
• Members with a 12-month term membership who cancel before the contract end date agree to pay the early termination fee specified in their membership agreement.
• Membership dues will cease within 30 days of the cancellation request.
• Members may continue to access the club and its facilities for the remainder of their current membership term

Pause

• Pausing a membership reduces monthly dues to $0 during the pause period.
  *Annual fees will still be charged during a membership pause
• Members will not have access to their home club or any affiliate clubs while the membership is paused.
• The pause duration must be a minimum of one (1) month and a maximum of four (4) months per calendar year.
• A membership pause can be requested twice per year and can be adjusted to a shorter period if needed.
  
• The pause will take effect within 7 days of the request. One additional EFT billing, as outlined in Section 6 of your membership agreement, may occur before the pause is activated.
