Every personal trainer is required to obtain either a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or be certified by one of eleven nationally accredited certifications. Fitness 19 has a long-lasting reputation of offering great value and instruction in personal training. It all starts with knowledge.

Fitness 19 trainers do not work off a provided program template. Our personal training belief is very different than most gyms. We believe that every person should receive a custom workout program. Clients have different goals, different levels of experience and different limitations. It is important that we understand all these things about you and match you up with a trainer that is best suited for you and your goals. Plus, we want you to have fun while working out so matching up personalities is a top priority too!

Contact your local Fitness 19 and a Fitness 19 team member will be happy to help you schedule your appointments. You can also schedule recurring appointments so every session is pre-booked.

We require a 12-hour notice for all session changes. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and do not give adequate notice of the change you will forfeit the session.

At Fitness 19 we want you to reach your fitness goals whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, or even if it’s simply maintaining. As part of your Premium Membership or Premium Plus Membership perk you will be able to track your progress monthly for FREE (a $20 value!) with our sophisticated InBody Scan! But this isn’t your average scale. In fact InBody gives you a much more in depth look at your progress that will give you a CLEAR road map to your fitness journey.
