Cancelation 

• Members are responsible for settling all outstanding fees and charges associated with their membership prior to cancellation.
• Membership dues will cease within 30 days of the cancellation request.
• Members may continue to access the club and its facilities for the remainder of their current membership term

Freeze

• Freezing a membership reduces monthly dues to $0 during the freeze period.
  Members will not have access to their home club or any affiliate clubs while the membership is frozen.
• The freeze duration must be a minimum of two (2) months and a maximum of six (6) months per calendar year.
• A membership freeze can only be requested once per year but can be adjusted to a shorter period if needed.
• The freeze will take effect within 30 days of the request. One additional EFT billing, as outlined in Section 6 of your membership agreement, will occur before the freeze is activated.
